The theme of the conference is Inclusive Communities. While papers and proposals in all areas of American Philosophy are welcome, some preference has been given to papers and proposals examining inclusive communities — how they can be created, maintained, or understood using moral, political, cultural, metaphysical, and epistemological perspectives. Scholars who are not presently members of the Society, but whose work is in American thought, are especially encouraged to submit. All information regarding travel and lodging for this year’s conference can be found at here.
